Welcome!

Welcome to my very first blog post! Exciting, no?

I'm 18 years old and a freshman at the University of Regina. To be honest, that's all this blog is: I'm just writing about all the ridiculous things that go on at school, in my life, whatever. Trust me, it'll be funny.

So the next big question is, where the heck did you come up with such an awesome name for your blog? True story: a lot of partying goes on at University (don't worry, Mom and Dad, I'm not a part of it), and sometimes it gets a tad out of control. The other day, I got into the elevator to go up to my room on the fourth floor; one of the janitors followed me in, and asked if I was new here. I said I was. He said, You want some advice? You can't ride the fire extinguishers. Some punk up on the twelfth floor thought he could fly if he put the damn thing between his legs and no, he didn't get very far.

Kids, don't do drugs, that's the moral here. But you have to admit, it does make for a pretty good story. Of course I had to share this with my friends, I went running to their room: "Hey guys, you'll never guess what I heard in the elevator?!" And I thought, man, that would be an awesome name for a blog. So there you go.

I'll try to update the blog at least two or three times a week, but it all depends on how much homework I have. Exam week, you might not hear from me at all. Anyways, thanks for reading!
